Brief about the Team 

Tata 1mg partners with various hospitals and healthcare providers (both private and public) to provide healthcare services which include end-to-end pharmacy management, supply chain management, lab services outsourcing, and others. 

What will you do 

1. Surprise Audit and its adherence report.

2. Inventory Optimization

3. Recall adherence

4. Process adherence and proper standard operating procedure (SOP)

5. Manpower utilization and efficiency tracking report

6. Corporate Pharma fulfillment AOP and its adherence. 

7. Month-on-Month internal reconciliation. 

8. Team Handling

What we are looking for 

• 2-6 years of relevant experience working in same profile.

• Ownership Mindset, Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership

• Proficient in MS-Office
